  1. Welcome step. You can't question the lack of preparedness of the healthcare system when it never existed in the first place. People like Tejasvi Surya coming forward to help is actually their duty. These young leaders need to make a stand and take over from the tired old brigade. It's a pandemic. You can't expect everything to be perfect in a pandemic but the scale of corruption is appalling. The pressure needs to continue and force them into action.
