Exactly. There is no such thing as unbiased or unhyphenated. The maximum we can get is PROFESSIONALISM which keeps a balanced view and sheds light on both discourses. Loving or hating Modi is people's choice but it is cringe-worthy to watch discourse being set by self-proclaimed "perfect" guys. If you were so "perfect" nobody would have voted you out of power. I hope India does not descend into the current US frenzy, where everyone is so obnoxiously polarized leaving no middle ground.

@gauriprdhn I think M A Jinnah serves as a prime example. He is a hero to Pakistan and a villain to India. Even facts are complicated on this matter and a decisive resolution is perhaps IMPOSSIBLE. A lot of history is selective. Hitler is regarded as pure evil. However, the President who dropped nukes on Hiroshima and Nagasaki is left untouched and so is Winston Churchill. I think there is a need to promote discussion in history classes.

Modi's shrewdness was on full display. The blame game will always continue. Congress cannot get a free pass over 1962, Emergency, Sikh genocide, Kashmiri Pandit exodus, and scams in the name of "whataboutery" which is nowadays used as a cover for HYPOCRISY.
