I think its also worth throwing destiny in there as a fairly reasonable blue hair because apart from live debates he's usually pretty willing to investigate something rather than just dive in and say your wrong no matter what.

Just seems like it's always the same types of people pushing for racial discrimination as if its a good thing.

I keep getting told that the people you'd traditionally associate with racism slavery and nazism back in ww2 era and even before it have "switched" sides and are better now, and that the parties and groups that fought against those people and freed the slaves "switched" and are now the bad guys. But yet its always the far left pushing for racist policies. its always the companies that used to work for the bad guys still pushing the same brand of politics. Its always the same people fighting against racism and discrimination too, always has been. nothing switched. they just got better branding

when i started my journey in the workforce tech was marketed as a pure meritocracy that paid really well and was super secure because technology wasn't going anywhere. So i go to college, by the time i get through college and entry level work and now work reasonably deep into it, mass layoffs at nearly every major tech company, i've had to switch jobs twice because i wasn't going to wait around to see if i was going to be laid off or not. Regardless of whether you're an experienced programmer or server room install technition you'll be making a few dollars over minimum wage at the best too
