  1. Do you really need the booster pump and ABS? I imagine the brakes work just fine manually.

  2.  @4-Runner  I’ve disconnected brake boosters on many cars when trying to rule out vacuum leaks. I had no trouble stopping or locking the wheels. It’s a luxury not a necessity.
