Bribing Ukrainian officials to obtain dirt on your political opponent is neither. The people, i.e. Congress, has a perfect, constitutionally mandated right to know what is going on in the administration. it's called congressional oversight. The list, by the way, is not from the media. It is from the official impeachment report.

Trump refuses to testify and will not allow anyone in his administration to testify, ignoring lawful subpoenas (why do you defend this creep?).
