  6. Three justices lied during their confirmation hearings. During confirmation they said R v. W was established precedent and would not be changed. They lied to the Senate under oath. It is an illegitimate court. The court ruled US citizens do not have the right to privacy. I thought the right was against big government?

The government is not only free to snoop around in people's bedrooms, they can now do all sorts of things, only limited by the imagination. Imagine, with computer technology, what they can snoop into. This is called a power grab by big government.

Three current Supreme Court justices said during their hearings, under oath, they would allow that precedence to continue. They just threw it out the window.
