Do you think mayors and governors had the resources and knowhow at their disposal to deal with it? During the Ebola outbreak did Obama shove it off to the states, or did he handle it? Google it. Did Trump mobilize the people and use his emergency powers to manufacture needed equipment and supplies? No, he sat on that information for three months calling it a "Democratic Hoax" , telling people the virus would "magically disappear". He than proceeded to do nothing until the virus got out of hand. If you can't remember that, perhaps you should perhaps google the subject instead of embarrassing yourself any further.
