@jamesmiller3098 Trump University bilked people out of their life savings. He had to close it down. He had to pay the victims their money back. If you or I had done anything like that it's "off to prison you go". The legal system for the rich and powerful are different. I wish they had investigated him much earlier. Now I see they finally have his tax returns. See what happens. Last I heard they are almost ready to indict.

@joshparks5575 The 9% is just the direct payments . Most of the provisions do go the lower to middle class. Extending unemployment benefits is one of them. Billion of dollars will go to small businesses to keep them solvent. Some of it is going to schools so they can upgrade their ventilation systems. Are you really against doing this?

The stimulus will pay for itself. Trump's failed because it amounted to one big giveaway to the 1%. They took the money and used it to play the stock market, not create jobs. This stimulus is designed to jumpstart the economy. It's oriented to get the pandemic under control, keep small business solvent and create jobs. Republicans all voted against it because a strong economy will hurt their chances next year.

@MeMe-ms2ly The Pfizer vaccine is German. Unlike the US, while Trump was Tweeting about how the virus was going to "magically disappear", the Germans got serious about it and developed a vaccine. The stimulus has everything to do with helping people. Extending unemployment benefits? Funding small businesses to keep them afloat? Funding schools so they can open? Funding the states so they can bring the laid off employees back? I could go on and on. The stimulus money isn't going out of the country. You have it mixed up with another bill that came out last December. You don't seem to be very informed at all

@lorrainem.swartzentruber3077 The Keystone pipeline is for moving CANADIAN oil to the gulf for sale. It has nothing to do with our oil supply. The immigrants are not moving into our economy. The stimulus bill is providing needed money for providing vaccinations, extended unemployment benefits, schools, transportation industry, the states (so they can bring back people who were laid off) and a host of other functions required to bring the economy back. @conniejopek2119 Biden has been in for only two months. His policies won't kick in until next year. If things are a mess today you can thank Trump. So far Biden has got the vaccinations organized and the stimulus will pick up the economy.
