Moscow Mitch has even coordinated the whole thing with the White House. They are supposed to a least pretend to be independent. The founding fathers are rolling in their graves. Worse yet, Moscow Mitch has stated he has already made up his mind. Make that comment if you are on a jury, you'll be kicked off the jury immediately..

That's why when the LEADER OF THE SENATE made the statement they were "coordinating" with Trump, directly opposite what the founding fathers stood for, the ax should have fallen on him also.

  20.  @winomaster  You don't know much about the law, do you? The House hearing was a grand jury. The same rules apply (incidentally the House used the same rules the GOP used in the Clinton impeachment (according to Judge Napolitano)). The grand jury determines probable cause. No witnesses from the defendant are present. If there is probable cause it goes to trial. where witnesses for both sides are present. If you went to trial and you learned the outcome was predetermined, would you want to participate?

He's been making money off his presidency from day one. He employed relatives working in the White House . His trips to Mar-a-largo . Making money from them. Emoluments Clause. He made a fortune during the inauguration. Emoluments clause. He diverted military flights to one of his golf courses in Scotland. Emoluments Clause.

On his golf outings alone he is making over 140 times the presidential salary. I'm not a big fan of Obama. Michelle made 65 million on a book deal. Obama gets $400,000 for one speech. Corruption is out of control. I'm favoring Sanders.

You don't seem to know much about our legal system , but preliminary hearings (as in grand juries) are for establishing probable cause. Once that is established they go on to a trial. Witnesses for the defense are not part of it. When Clinton was impeached the Republicans did exactly the same thing. In fact, Judge Napolitano , on Fox News, said Republicans wrote the rules the Dems are following! Imagine that. In Clinton's impeachment, the preliminary hearings were held in secret and witnesses for the defense were not called. All the congressmen ,etc. you see on Fox News know this, most of them are lawyers. They are bullshitting you. Be skeptical. You don't have to be one of their foolish pawns.
