When told he didn't follow the required procedures to declassify, he said a president has the power to declassify just by thinking about it, which is a complete lie. Why do you defend this? Biden and Pence had documents. They returned them immediately. Trump tried to get away with hiding them, lying about them. The government negotiated for over a year to get them back. Trump criminally obstructed their return.

  28.  @johndurrer7869  That's not how it works. There has to be some argument that there was some procedural error in a trial for an appeal to move forward. You can't appeal because the trial didn't go your way and you want a new trial.
