  1. He most def CAN, but he refuses to. He makes it a point to disrespect all poc, black women in particular by pronouncing their names wrong. He does it with Kamala as well, and calls AOC "Sandy" to be offensive. It`s entirely on purpose. His show is neither news or entertainment, it`s purely fascist, right wing extremist, white supremacy-prpaganda. That`s all his show is. That is in part what makes Tucker and those like him even more dangerous than the MTG`s, Boebert`s and ex-chief in coup 45.. the Tucker`s of the world are actually smart, unlike them. MTG etc are just dumb and happen to be right wing fascists, Tucker etc however are a more dangerous breed, as they are far more capable and actually calculated in their propaganda, unlike MTG and such who are just useful idiots.
