  2. I got medded out of the Army with anxiety/depression in 2001 and received no help at all. Only 15 months ago started CBT, but what really helped was mindfulness meditation. It went hand in glove with CBT. CBT is the theory, MM the practical, like gym for the mind. My MH has ruined my life and cost me a fortune in lost salary with the associated problems it has caused, as well as worries for my family. Thanks for having the bollocks to stand up, anyone who slates you for it is a Cunt, with a big C. ta

  3. It's a shame there was no support, I'd probably still be in now otherwise. Just an expensive waste of time for all concerned that a few hours with a counsellor might have sorted. Do you get satisfaction/relief by helping others with MH problems? Since learning how the mind ticks, I can help others and that helps me. Looking forward to your next installment, big balls you doing this still serving etc I bet there's no end of sly snipers, hopefully HMF are maturing nowadays???
