  2. Those guards are not good for business) so strange, why couldn't they just picked them up and taken them to the entrance, they could see it was some lost tourists, and they could got to new clients

Okay, I could understood it if they stopped the same guys for the 3'rd time trying to enter the hotel 'directly'. But come on, it was just a couple of tourists 'lost'. Just pick them up and guide them to the correct entrance, problem solved, and 2 new paying gusts:))
