  3.  @encartauk  yes I have a girl and two confident high functioning lads oldest now 24yrs, iv also worked supporting young people with emotional behavioral disorder for nearly 20yrs, I am well versed in conflict management and behaviour strategies regarding children and understand the pressures and time limitations parents have in our modern working world, With respect You don't have to hit/smack children to teach them.
