2 things about that: Who is a criminal and who is not, is determined by a judge, not by Trump. I remember heavily armed "protests" about "opening up" a short while ago where "good citizens" went with weapons into state and federal buildings .... but hey, unarmed moms must be frightening...

The initial poster labeled people criminals... secondly, I wonder what would have happened if the state didn't respond so calm to the armed protestors in Michigan... and would have met them with paramilitary dressed and military armed unmarked persons, teargasing them out and arresting them without proper detention.... but I can make a wild guess what would have happened. As you are a smart cookie you probably know what criteria (and authority) must be met for a proper detention
