  7. The Phantom Thieves of Hearts , i do. The 2 AM was written , so the wealthy slave owners could keep their weapons after the war with England. They had to "defend" from slave revolts and used a militia like structure as "police". well regulated ment : only the whites we trust. The 2.AM became obsolete as police became a thing, but wealthy landowners deeply mistrusted the state , so they lobbied to keep their weapons ...
