  1. ​ @Sbxallday that's a limp-wristed apology. I read the ruling. The opinion that Trump is an insurrectionist was unchallenged and upheld. The claim that the President is not an office holder was left untouched. The major claim is that that section three of the fourteenth amendment is not self-executing which means Congress has to take it up. Since they didn't, a state doing so creates a patchwork. The concurrent opinion doesn't read as well as you'd hope nor is this decision a vindication for the disgraced former President.

  2. Hell yeah! States' rights should only be allowed if they're legislating against vulnerable groups or prohibiting reproductive rights. Any state that wants to uphold the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution should be expelled from America!
