But that would require all reporters to be as dim as Pete Doocy. Most of the press corp is extremely well-versed in the issues, policies and state of affairs. Not everyone's dad got them their job...

The Child Separation Act isn't really an immigration policy, JD. It was created as a deterrent but it just created the problem of the US having custody of thousands of children where their families can't be found.

Peter just memorizes the questions he's given. He doesn't know anything about policy or current events - that's not in his job description.

@roachcoachhelis6387 cool, man!

No, she wasn't. KJP has really impressive credentials. I suspect you were told that she's unqualified by someone who couldn't find grounds to refute her appointment.

You can turn FOX News off. Lying is their business model, Thomas.

Americans tend to be informed and involved. Unfortunately, the right is drawing in the least educated Americans and rallying them behind culture wars and grievance politics allowing stupid to rule the day.

@winsomemartinez I suspect Trump didn't know how to spell 'milquetoast'.

That's at least honest. Most of these anti-American extremists disbelieve without listening because they're divorced from reality. Truth and facts only anger them.

It might be time to consider the idea that you may have bad intel. FOX News has very little credibility because they don't have journalists left and they push misinformation and disinformation. When you cannot find evidence or facts to support an assertion, it's likely an opinion. KJP is the mouthpiece of this administration but there are things you can independently verify and some that you know are political spin.

@wadekaplan9379 Democrats seem to be to blame for everything, don't they? The Republicans control the House, is there a piece of legislation they've proposed to address some of these situations or are we still focused on culture wars and grievance politics?

@salvatorecutino6725 she earned her Master's in Public Affairs from Columbia University, the top school for journalists in the country (maybe the world). I'd hazard a guess to say you didn't get accepted into as prestigious a university or have her record of employment. She earned her spot whether you want to admit it or not.
