  9.  @davidhamilton6612  the charges you're looking for are conspiracy to commit sedition and there are. There's been 145 convictions of felonies and misdemeanors. (Trespassing isn't a felony.) Domestic terrorism isn't written into law in the same way foreign terrorism is. Apparently, no one predicted the mercurial rise of far-right extremism...

  10.  @davidhamilton6612  except those charges have been leveled, convictions and jail time have been issued. The DOJ is looking at the organizers now. I would like everyone involved to be swiftly jailed but I don't get to tell the DOJ why it looks political to not hold politicians accountable. Everyone involved in the January 6th attack should be barred from public office, at least.
