CRT is not being taught in public schools. School of choice is something most state should adopt but this lady is not referring to anything that is being taught unless her child is talking about some deep South states that teach the War of Northern Aggression.

@gminer03 Parents are against it because of a disinformation campaign. CRT isn't new and it's based on the economics of institutional racism. It's not American history and it's neither preventing an accurate history being taught nor does it reinforce victimhood. It's a university level class that students have the option of opting into. Public schools are underfunded as is, books are determined by the individual department of education for the state and none of the books are steeped in CRT. Banning CRT is a solution in desperate need of a problem.

@Lucent. Rayne denying kids an education because you saw an inflammatory story that FOX had been preaching nonstop is irrational. I have no reason to lie, this is a nonissue that MSM has successfully turned into a firestorm.
