  2. CRT assumes any disparities are due to racism. Their 'approach' is to go into any situation assuming there is racism at work and find the 'evidence.'

  3. A very beautiful well-spoken activist who tell us we need to 'understand' approaches developed by some very high level academics. Well, for 'understand' read 'accept' and there are other very high level academics who have deconstructed the theory and shown it through empirical methodology to be 'poo'. Thomas Sowell, Glenn Loury, John McWhorter - 3 very high level black academics worth talking to and reading.
