They're going to receive $1 an hour more for the next 4 years for a total of $4 per hour on top of the $25-$28 they're making now. What will $29-$32 an hour do for the average blue collar worker in 4 years is anybody's guess.

It could very well be turned down. My guess is that the older workers(those who already own homes etc and have worked in the system for 20+ years) will vote yes and they are the majority. The newer workers will get screwed over. Same old story.
