The reason there are so many EVENTUAL murders is because the LAW refuses to see INTENT in earlier precedents. This is why Canada (moronic 💩hole) has to designate a MULTIPLErapist as a DANGEROUS offender AFTER he's committed those MULTIPLE rapes. Rape1 - only attempted strangulation. Victim survives. 3 year sentence. Rape2 - Victim's arm broken. Jaw broken. Victim survived. 5 year sentence. Rape3 - Victim left unable to bear children. Severe internal trauma. Left in coma, but survives. 10 year sentence. Rape4 - Victim dies of injuries. Convicted gets 25 years + dangerous offender status. Canada's legal system has NOTHING to do with JUSTICE and everything to do with capitulation to recidivistmonsters. Period.

These sentences were CREATED to give more work to lawyers and judges and most importantly; criminals. How? By making an ignorant public believe that the "law" evolves in its RELATIVE use of morals and ethics. Why are law libraries filled with thousands upon thousands of tenets, edicts, past precedents, torts etc? So lawyers and judges and criminals can play MONOPOLY. With human life.

How many legal changes made recently are based on emotion? All of them. Systemic racism - check Bail changes - check The recent case of the former CBC producer pushed down and killed by a recidivist with over 60 priors. His excuse? I'm native, I was wearing a mask, I didn't see him. His sentence? 3 years and time served and the man's family was happy!?!? that thismurderer got away with it. 😑 The rule is in Canada - Do your duty as a citizen and die. That's immoral, corrupt and malignant. Period.
