  1. They're not overturning the RIGHT to abortion(who writes this garbage copy???) There was a draft made up by SCJ Alito and LEAKED(illegally) about R v W and it is extremely well written. They are (possibly) going to let the States decide, the power the States have always had. R v W was always a bad decision. Even RBG said so. Why? There is no CODIFIED law legalizing abortion except in those States that did CODIFY it. Now, one could argue that amending the Bill of Rights or the Constitution is probably in the cards for the future in order to allow abortions COUNTRY wide but that would require a lot of work and not many are interested. In Canada, as an example, there is no codified law on abortion either. It was decided that a woman's right to life, liberty and security was effected by disallowing abortion so abortion is considering legal in so far that it violated Section 7 of the code but there is no actual LAW. Section 7 is also supposed to protect those who do not wish to have a foreign substance injected into their bodies...but I digress.
