  1. They rent the land for 75 years, and the family have the option to keep on renting it unless it is needed by the state. If they want to take it during the span of your lease, they have to buy the lease back from you. It made a lot of chinese rich when government infrstructures went through their properties and the government have to buy back the lease from them.

All you have to do is copy and paste his italized phrase "Register of Foreign Ownership of Agricultural Land" to a search engine and hit enter. To be precise you add australian to it so it becomes "Australian Register of Foreign Ownership of Agricultural Land". I clicked on the first link and a quick scan provided me with the information verifying what he said. Please, don't be stupid. it should be a crime to remain clueless with the advent of the internet.
