Having a mental health issue isn’t criminal doing crimes is criminal. The cops arnt there to know if your crazy or just a dick whose wrong that’s what courts for

First no he asked someone who had called him what he wanted to do but also where do you get that cops can’t ask people if they want someone tresspassed from property?
1
They absolutely can call and ask if you want someone tresspassed when you call them out. Why wouldn’t they be allowed to ask you if you want to exercise your rights? That’s like saying they can’t ask if you want to press charges.

What would de escalate here? He’s committing a crime and he won’t leave they can’t leave him there so what should they do?
1
He wouldn’t care about the property line. He’s under a misconception that bc there’s a sign the property magically changes to public you can show him evidence he’s wrong he won’t care

If you can put all that time and energy into learning laws so you can try to skirt the cops than you can put the time and energy into getting a job. That’s the point the cop is making

He had no foot on state property. That whole property is private Walmart property. Walmart didn’t want the guy there and they don’t have to let him stay there.

@esheppshepard the Walmart parking lot ends where the green area or that other building start. Where you turn to the street past the green area is a street (I don’t know that it’s a public road but it’s a street) that’s where the parking lot ends. At that sign where you either go straight or turn is still Walmarts parking lot. Even if Walmart didn’t own it and they do it’s the property of whatever other business is there nothing suggests it’s state property.

That’s one not a thing and two no he’s acting the property owner if he wants to exercise his rights which the cop can do
