  1. If this does not fit a "forgotten weapon" nothing does. What an interesting design. Looks like a mix of a Pedersen, Johnson, and Krag. I bet if fully finished, it would had worked. I mean I see no reason it would not. They system seems viable. A LOT of parts on that thing though, so not sure it would had been adopted in that form anyway.
