The only way to deal with antiship missile is with another missile, CIWS, reliable electronic countermeasures. There's no armor that can reasonably defeat something like the Silkworm, and there are antiship today with much better and larger warheads. If we ever get into a naval shooting war again with modern missiles, it's not likely and ship will survive an enough missiles to saturate the electronic countermeasures, and the antimissile missiles needs to be fast enough and able to launch them in great enough numbers to take on all the incoming missiles. The probability of all that working perfectly in real combat is somewhere near zero.
