  3. Being 5 foot or 5'1 and 82/83 pounds can be completely natural if someone isn't trying to be that weight. I was that weight up until age 35 and I was in NO WAY trying to diet or limiting my food intake. You won't die; of this I can promise you. But why a woman would aspire to be that weight seems silly to me. Aim for 90-95. You'll won't be void of curves and you will most certainly feel better.
