Hi Everyone, as you watch this, it’s worth remembering a few things:
1) My body and mind were trashed in every way for 23 years. Chronic depression, obesity, terrible sleep, raising 3 kids, startup founder/CEO grind culture behavior. My turn around in 2 years time to near perfect whole body health markers (as measured by biofluids, devices, imaging and fitness tests) is phenomenal. It hopefully inspires others who are not currently their best self that you can always come back.
2) I’ve spent $ millions developing this Blueprint protocol, becoming the most measured person in history, and share everything with everyone for free.
3) I started Blueprint as an explorer to pursue the future of being human; not to build a mass market product. When Blueprint gained global notoriety, the most common reaction (aside from hate and vitriol) was “what is the 80/20?!” and “how can I do it with minimal thought and effort?!” In response to that, I’ve been working very hard to make an affordable 80/20 version so others can join the journey and be explorers with me. Then when I do the hate returns “he’s doing it for money only! That *^’*!”
4. Blueprint may seem something about health, it is really about that after 13.8 billion years of our galaxy existing, our planet’s 4.5 billion years, we are baby steps away from creating superintelligence, potentially the most extraordinary event in the history of the galaxy. Blueprint and the underpinning philosophy of Zeroism invites us to sober up and realize the specialness of this moment and step up and be equal to the opportunity of this moment.

I shared that Kernel is building something revolutionary for brain wellness and needed participants, and my Retirement House friends showed up two days later. They’re funny, they’re brave, and now they’re making history. To join: links in comment below. A note about this algorithm:
Everyone knows how much I value measuring the age of my organs. After starting Kernel in 2015 when most thought our mission of societal scale brain measurement was impossible, it was a peak life experience to be the first to trial a new Kernel AI model that estimates functional brain age. With better understanding of normal aging, we will be able to detect abnormal changes that could help us spot things like early signs of dementia. The model is in the early stages of development and there are several limitations we wanted to highlight below.
This model was trained on data from only 131 people. Most of the individuals in the training set were in the 18-40 range and we only had 30 total measurements from people over 60. As was mentioned in the video, we need more data across the full age range in order to improve the accuracy and reliability of the model across the lifespan.
Additionally, the data that was used to train this model was from our Flow1 systems. When we measured me and the Retirement House, Kernel used our latest and greatest Flow2 system. While we took care to match the features as closely as possible, this was the first time we had tried using the model with completely new hardware.
Finally, although the Retirement House crew is particularly sharp, we knew from our validation tests that our current model systematically underestimates brain age in the 50+ population. As we incorporate more training data from the 50+ age group, we expect this to improve.
It was fun to hang out with The Retirement House. Kernel is hard at work to continue expanding our measurement capability and are applying it to better understand the earliest signs of diseases like Alzheimer’s and Dementia. This collaboration was great to highlight the importance and value of measuring brain function and we’re excited to continue advancing the field at Kernel.

Lifestyle optimation (not smoking, exercise, BMI, sleep, diet, CRON) can yield 95% chance of being healthy to 75. My daily routine is about mastering this first level of wellness and longevity. Beyond this threshold, you need multiple advanced rejuvenation therapies e.g. Rapamycin, gene therapy, senolytics, etc.
Epigenetic results: https://medium.com/future-literacy/an-epigenetic-age-reduction-world-record-de4b522632a2
Blueprint disproves common misconceptions and social norms:
. Caloric Restriction (CRON) makes you weak and frail
. A vegan diet leads to poor aerobic, strength or aesthetic outcomes of any type
. How one “feels”, and what one “sees”, is a reliable and sufficient measurement system

It’s reasonable that a person living in the 20th century would have chosen to live a life of debauchery, full of drinking, smoking, junk food, parties, and all matters of indulgences. For part of the century, most people didn’t know the risks with each of these and continued even when they did, knowing that their life would be shortened by decades. Until now, though, there has never been evidence suggesting that one could radically extend both their lifespan and healthspan. So why not live fast and die young? In the 21st Century, that's no longer reasonable or wise to bet against radical life extension happening in your lifetime. It is coming. And it will change everything.
