Been waiting two weeks just to get a little bit of cash assistance and food stamps they want you doing everything with the telephone and now my telephone bill is due to which I can pay and they don't recognize it as a utility it's a catch-22 how can I apply for anything if my phone is not on they want me using all the mobile apps a lot of them crashing

Yeah I agree they should have just set up centers with the military Reserves bring your ID your social security number and they give you a debit card with a certain amount on it takes 60 seconds to put the amount on it you can do one or two letters each day and have everyone done in a month even less than that

  6. @Paul S unfortunately no I was forced to work off the books for the last 2 years so I'll be lucky if I get a stimulus check but I don't think I'll be getting any unemployment actually. It's completely messed up in New York a lot of people have no choice but to work off the book from paycheck to paycheck and they are literally the backbone of a lot of New York business and they have made no contingency for us to get anything while they make billions dollars a year of at the tourist tourism.. I don't know how you worked out those numbers but I'm not going to be getting anything near that. If I get $200 in food stamps and maybe if I'm lucky some cash assistance to cover my rent. They don't consider off the books people as Freelancers are independent contractors even when you've made below the poverty line. This group like me is not protected

Let me tell you this plenty of money around do you know the Pentagon spent 23 million dollars on lobster and crab I think they can do without lobster and crab.
