This is what I'm trying to figure out what is the definition of clean .. for example if you start Subutex or Suboxone need to be 12 hours off heroin minimum and I would say 40 hours off methadone. Can you have Suboxone or Subutex in your system when you take your first shot of Vivitrol?

@koffinkat666 yeah I know that I was 38 hours clean of methadone and still have precipitated withdrawals the worst... taking my first Suboxone. I'm asking do I have to be clean off of Suboxone to take the Vivitrol you have any idea let me knowthanks

@jamess.931 I'm down to 3 mg of Subutex how are you handling it under two that seems to be the threshold where it gets bad

@koffinkat666 kratom I'm not a very good experience with and despite the fact that it being all natural stuff that's being imported I really have second guesses about the amount of dosing. I tried using it during a bad withdrawal one time to no effect

Unknown quantity Slowly searching reality stop the physical dependence. As far as Cravings go that's on you. You need to assess your own head and the trauma that got you to the addiction.

Yeah I'm actually taking Subutex because the Suboxone taking too many spasms because of the naloxone I'm down to about 2 or 3 mg getting a little worried after that are they saying the Vivitrol will take care of the Suboxone can you combine them or is there a waiting. Like coming off of methadone

@dbrammall66 are you talking about the aches and pains on Suboxone because it's definitely there a lot of people have a lot of right leg and hip pain for no reason although I recently Trace mine to a calcium deposit I do definitely feel like there's a lot of aches pains and spasms attributed it from mainly the narloxene. Fight with your doctor tell him you're having an allergic reaction to the normal oxygen and that you want to be prescribed Subutex especially if you have clean urine should not be a problem and a lot of those aches pains and spasms will go right away

And I do a documentary about the 23 trillion dollars that went missing from the Pentagon which would easily subsidize research and programs like this

@C B maybe not totally but they didn't stop any of it neither. They made sure the laws were very lax and stayed that way. They're also very ambiguous about exactly what oxy. was and how addictive it was. And they actually did keep a lot of files closed on the amount of deaths associated with it. They're No Angels.

@jamess.931 yeah that's good to know I'm in a similar state I try to do 2 or 3 mg I feel miserable I take a tiny little piece. I mean in general my high school friend who is actually a PA at Substance Abuse Center has talked in depth with me about how he seems to think it's okay but you can be on subs for all your life that is completely clear and clean as opposed to methadone I really don't want to be on the stuff it's definitely different than methadone I never felt the anxiety that I do when I was on methadone. Like I said I fought with my doctor tooth and nail to get off the Suboxone narloxene reactions were through the roof. This is something I tell people you have to fight for the sump itself is clean but I do not trust the narloxene .. if you're giving clean urine week in and week out there's no reason why the doctors be able to switch you if they're worried about OSHA calling them out on it you can just tell them that it's an allergic reaction

@charliehay1520 yes cause precipitated withdrawals you can do nothing about it. My question is does that rule apply to Subutex how many hours do I need to be up for that

@dbrammall66 I can almost guarantee that it is I've also found a couple of threads I forget where when people had similar reactions. Yeah I definitely think your back pain is related to the Narlexon and if you get any weird hand spasms or like your phone just kind of shoots out of your hand same thing. Trust me if you're handing in clean urines there is no reason your doctor can't switch you they're just protecting their license which I understand but if you're clean it should absolutely not be a problem.

Are you guys handing out a form of naloxone because side effects the spasms constipation the uncontrollable hand gestures all need to be addressed Subutex works way better without the naloxone. Need to take certain herbs just to get the spasms to go away a little. Other Subutex does seem to be the cleanest it's very different. Not to mention everyone kind of experience this anxiety

@C B well that's what it was originally designed to be. This is why we paid into Social Security and unemployment and taxes. To get that little bit of protection at the end of your life. Unfortunately the baby boomer overpopulation of this world is really screwing that up

For everybody that's on Suboxone you can get your doctor to give you Subutex. You might have to fight for it but claim allergic reaction. Also check into oral lithium. It is a plant-based not the lithium you're thinking.. it really helps with the anxiety and Jitters that you experience when taking Suboxone the oral lithium you can take 1 5 mg in the morning and one at night and it will help you immensely while on subs. This information comes to me from a really great PA who is a high school friend who helps me to deal with my doctors rigid and sometimes annoying explanations. Let's be honest a lot of sub doctors don't know much about the drug. I'm lucky to have a high school friend in this position because I know his decision-making process is made solely for my benefit
