DickOswald bullying has become a celebrated culture in the culinary world, he even admits that when he was learning, he was smashed by his mentors. in effect, he's mirrored that behaviour and passed it onto his students. if a manager at an office shits all over a juniors report in front of the client, it wouldn't be applauded for professionalism and care. more ego trip

  5. ***** again, it should be done one on one away from clients and other staff, would've achieved the same result of correcting a mistake without the ego trip involved. you can see her try to keep a brave face, holding back tears whilst trying to smile, put on a sales voice and sell the sushi to the customer sitting there
