@mike_meyers The civil war is already here. It's being fought using social media and whites trying to find every little excuse to have a black person arrested for legally being in a public place. It's already here as a cold war. It just hasn't gone hot yet.

It wasn't one guy shooting. There was at least two of them. If You listen to the automatic gunfire, you can make out two completely different calibers being fired almost simultaneously.
