  2. There are limits. It is not limitless 24/7, especially on all lanes. Just because sometimes you can drive as fast as you can doesn't mean there are not limits. The rules are just different than any other roads.

  5. He probably mean that it is two stage process. YOne month is practially fastest you can get your license, but that is not permanent. After 6 months you can do the 2nd stage. If you don't get your permanent license in two years you need to start over.
