  1. Brass and bronze are slippery alloys. Good for simple bearings and they also last long. Especially bronze is surprisingly hard material.

  3. Those brass (could be bronze too. Looks darker than brass) bearings probably last as long as the barrel. As long as the tolerances are fine and you keep the rifle clean. CNC machines today are amazing.

  4. Matt from Demolition ranch say it is heavy to load, so my quess is that the springs are quite hefty.
