This is just stupid lol Why? You would pollute the area around and within your own country and absolutely make sure Ukraine would be a wasteland you could not exploit. Not only that, the world would possibly retaliate against Russia for the act itself, it would be suicidal and stupid and only someone totally stupid or getting paid would suggest this. And to be on point, it would not be in line with their stated goals in Ukraine and that would be comparable to the "police action" that the USA is engaged in, in northern Syria.
