  6. ​@clinton4161 true. Another problem is the fact that Asian cultures have systemic pressure to put family first and the wife has to sacrifice a lot. I am Asian and married but I am not forcing my wife to take care of her parents or relatives. I will help along the way but I will not force expectations of doing household chores or other things that will consume her time.
