  1. Yep. I was born in 1988 and got a house in 2013. My brother was born in 1990 and even though he makes more money than I do he didn't get a house in time

  2.  @lokololo321  we paid $230k for our 1830 sqft in southern California in 2013 but it's got 1.4 acres of land. 1200 sqft would be good for 300k now. We're probably actually living in only 1200 square feet as we have a whole room that's kind of just being used as storage right now until we get some remodeling done
