If the Supreme Court ignores the 1st Amendment of the Constitution, then there will be MASSIVE number of lawsuits of Schools for Satanists, Islam, Judaism, Taoists, Buddhists, etc... that will sue Red States to set up charter schools in their areas and force the governments to pay them. It'll be a massive sh<tshow, and I don't think the Supreme Court is ready for that disaster.

  3. Tex^ss already tried to teach about the Bible in their public schools about 15 years ago. A Muslim group sued the district and tried to force them to also have a class to teach about the Koran. Tex^ss quickly dropped that class, as this was before the whole debacle in the courthouse lawn where The Church of Satan literally won a lawsuit to allow them to put up a statue of Satan on the lawn after the courthouse allowed the Nativity scene to be put on their lawn.
