  3. The Boxing Fan - In the UK party leadership and PM are the same for the party with a majority in Parliament. The Tories lost another party leader/PM over Brexit and so they vote a new party leader. It starts with a selection process by the MPs. The one with the lowest vote count are eliminated till only two remain. These two are then chosen by the Tory party members. So around 60001 and one Tories will decide over the PM for 65 million.
