  1. The problem is people are being lied to. It's all about selling products or programs. The only way it will work is stop materialism and to live a simpler life. Buy local, eat diets high in vegetables , ride a bike or walk more often, use less electricity(be it on your cell phone or home), and compost. Here is a novel idea.. Don't use a %*@^ing straw. People are being lied to saying that we need government intervention to stop people from being irresponsible... NO! We need people to grow up and act responsibly on their own!
