  42. India is cheap to live but too far and complex. Costa Rica and Panama are getting to expensive. Argentina and Chile are too unstable. I would recommend Vietnam or the Philippines.

  47. I would not recommend To buy a property in Panama or Costa Rica as they are endless stories of Americans that had the deed of the property stolen from them by local corrupt judges.
