  2. You should make a plan with 1 year goal, 3 years goals, 5 years goals. Most of Your money should be invested without accesses to spend it. You buy a house/apartment only if you find a killer deal.

  6. I know someone in The drywall business that was struggling for many years. He built a good team and he is now a multi millionere. He get big projects of supermarket and Chaines of shops only with 1 manager and 23 employees. Good luck.
