  1. Great analysis Anders, thank you; I know these take a LOT of time to put together. I agree that this could be the start of a very significant phase. Today, Ukraine has changed its rhetoric and says that 'full withdrawal from Crimea must be achieved before any talks can begin'. A bold statement that I think they can pull together.
