  1. "The Nexus' are adjusting..." An accurate and interesting analysis in my view. Canada has both a Navy and a Coast Guard. I wish we were much more vocal about enforcing on encroachment of the Canadian Arctic, especially since we've seen invasions by russia in other regions. Combine russian aggression and warming waters with resources and there is attractant to the bear... I would support much more purpose-built equipment and some sort of responsibility sharing - Now!
