  7. What an absolutely ridiculous statement. OF COURSE russia is running out of tanks. The evidence is right in front of you. Yes, russia still has some hulks of scrap left and some of the ancient models yet to 'rebuild' (so they move and that's about it). The evidence here and elsewhere CLEARLY shows the rapid elimination of stockpiles that took decades to accumulate! russia is done ivan!
