@Nun Ya Maybe they didn't have masks. I tried stocking up on them 12 months ago when I first started getting all our other supplies sorted and they were impossible to buy. Hard to believe that those who can't stock up on groceries will have a supply of masks on hand. Also a lot people are in denial which is why so many are in debt, overweight or have various destructive habits. Most think that it won't happen to them.

@Nun Ya Why would people stock up beforehand if they didn't think that they needed them? If it has been going on for 12 months why are people still panic buying? I know that you can get them now but how many in reality would have. People also won't wear them till they have to, we didn't. We are stocked up on most things but have few masks. Human nature is different to being scammed.

@dartymcphee6815 Gee I don't know, maybe all the news stories and stuff or maybe I am using the force or something. Strange thing is that I have gone with a common sense approach through life and it has paid off very very well indeed. Guess you just have to ask yourself which is more likely.

Pointless here in Aust. due to the measures taken and our lower death rate when people are infected. Can you give me numbers or any sort of idea what happens if it does infect say twice as many people or how hospitals will cope or what the long term health issues will be for some folks? Maybe it will mutate itself out of existence or go the other way. Who knows. Anyway I will leave your lot to ponder the unfairness and dishonesty of it all as I am pretty much done with caring what others think. Believe or don't, it won't make the slightest difference and honestly I am more concerned with where world economies will be in the next 6-12 months tbh. Good luck with it all.
