Grew up there, have been back a few times for family reasons and hope to never visit again. Best thing we ever did was to leave decades ago.

@grannyannie2948 Just so damned busy these days imo. Places that were quiet and sleepy back when we were there are now suburbs and you can hardly move. Looks like sperm counts are decreasing quickly world wide so old mother nature might be addressing these issues.🤣🤣

Yeah it's amazing how "luck" works isn't it. The harder I worked and the smarter decisions I made the "luckier" I got. Life is good eh?

@johnhoylesunvaccinatedbrot5596 Haven't got any nor has anyone I know and I couldn't care less about your opinions on the matter tbh. I thought that I had made that abundantly clear over the many months that we have been posting? What's the point anyway? If you haven't had it it isn't an issue for you and if I have and have issues I'm the one that has to deal with them. Plenty of talk that we will be entering the worst recession in living memory in various places and that this may be labelled as the lost decade in the history books. I know that you're completely focussed on your favourite topic but I have other things I would rather prepare for. Anything else?

@johnhoylesunvaccinatedbrot5596 An apology for what exactly? Do you understand or appreciate what will be the outcomes for a lot of folks if any of what I have said comes true? Go and watch some videos on the Great Depression or others about when hard times have hit and then apply the conditions to our soft, mollycoddled society and think about what it may mean. You won't obviously but don't be too surprised if I'm right........again. Enjoy.

@johnhoylesunvaccinatedbrot5596 Careful what you wish for unless you're very very well set up. They're over dude and won't be coming back unless something ugly turns up, which given the way we live and travel is always an option. One thing that I've learned through harsh experience is that when you think that things can't get any worse they can get much much worse.

@grannyannie2948 Yeah I hear you. I sometimes wonder what we will do if we become too decrepit to stay where we are. Even the idea of having neighbours close does my head in.
