Sounds like you are trying to carry on about what they are in the US atm. I doubt that there will be mass shortages as the pay is good and most people can't afford to get paid for very long. Check out the nothing burgers that "the truckies strike that was going to close the country down" were. More staff shortages in healthcare have been because of staff being exposed and having to isolate due to that from what I have seen.
